important information regarding insurance and registration

Open Enrollement for Medicare is now.  CHOOSE a supplement (Medigap) plan as we do not accept Medicare Advantage at Sunapee Harbor Health

MEDICARE, with or without Supplements, has been approved as well as CASH patients! We are not accepting Medicare Advantage Plans, so check to see if you have a Supplement or Advantage plan (there are very few Advantage plans in the area).   Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim and Anthem we are still waiting.  

Starting 9/28/26, Emily Rheaume, PA, and Ben Holobowicz, PA, will be seeing patients.We are just starting to send out new patient packets starting with the first requests we received, so be sure you sent us an email. 

Joshua Cascadden, PA, and Aram Kalpakgian, PA, schedules are almost open for scheduling, so updates shortly.

 We are waiting for the remainder of the insurance companies approval, which should be any day now. We will update as they come aboard!

• Joining the Interest List does not guarantee acceptance as a patient.  
• Placement on the Interest List does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
• We cannot guarantee a specific appointment date or timeframe for acceptance in particular secondary to insurance credentialing, however we do accept cash.  In particular many people are switching insurance right now during open enrollement with insurance plans
• Patient enrollment will be based on a variety of factors, including clinical needs, practice capacity, provider availability, and our ability to safely deliver care.
• Priority may be given to individuals with significant medical needs who would benefit most from timely access to primary care services.
• We reserve the right to manage patient enrollment in a manner that supports safe, effective, and sustainable care delivery for our community.
